Karissa Rolstad
MA, Certified Personal Trainer & Owner
Karissa has been active in group fitness for many years. She valued, to a great extent, the sense of community it offered. She often fantasized about making a career out of fitness because of the positive impact it had on her life.
She received her certification in personal training and opened up an uplifting and non-judgmental fitness studio that promotes healthfulness and overall well-being.
Rochelle McKenzie
Certified Exercise Physiologist
Rochelle has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with postgraduate studies in exercise physiology. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience working with individuals with goals that range from rehabilitation to an overall improved quality of life. Regardless of where you are on your journey, Rochelle will love helping you along the way.
When Rochelle is not coaching at Fresh Start, she is coaching the Forest Lake Ranger’s Girls Swim & Dive team. She is a self-proclaimed “homebody” who enjoys spending her free time relaxing with her husband, three kids and two crazy dogs.
Carrie Luedtke
Certified Kettlebell Coach
Carrie joined FSFS in 2022 and quickly discovered her passion for kettlebells, embracing both the challenge and the community of the gym. In 2024, she earned her kettlebell certification and became a coach at FSFS. Carrie loves helping others achieve their goals, build confidence, and have fun while doing it.
Outside the gym, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and exploring the outdoors. She believes in the importance of a balanced lifestyle and encourages others to find joy in both their fitness journeys and personal hobbies.
Angela Halstead
Client Success Manager
Angela has a bachelors degree in business administration and years of experience helping people and companies stay organized and focused on goals. She is passionate about empowering others to be confident with themselves and encouraging them to prioritize their happiness.
When she can, Angela can be found with her nose in a book or outside either hiking or working on her next big project.
